Lace Race 2008

I have entered into a Lace Race with yarndude today. Serendipitously we both cast on for shawls today (I cast on the Icarus Shawl). Whoever finishes first will have to knit a hat for the other out of Malabrgio and send both the hat and the extra yarn to the winner. This will give me incentive to finish this shawl in some kind of timely manner.
